Parking is located in the gravel lot at Youngs Memorial Cemetery. Follow the sidewalk up to the sanctuary. 

Teen Conservation Ambassador Meeting -Native Plants

May 18, 2024 - Oyster Bay, NY

Our Teen Conservation Ambassador program is for students ages 13 through 18 interested in taking part in hands-on conservation work on Long Island! Join us on Saturday, May 18th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm  for our next meeting and in supporting Bird Friendly Communities. We will be planting seedlings from our winter sowing project into trays, in preparation for planting in our native demonstration gardens later this spring. 

  • Ages: 13 years old to 18 (seniors in high school)
  • FREE program
